What we collect
Memory Maker Photobooth collects your name, phone number, email, event date and venue when you send an inquiry through our website or a Facebook or Instagram form. When you book, we also collect the details needed for your event agreement and payment. At events, guests may enter a phone number or email at the booth to receive their photos.

How we use it
We use your information to answer your inquiry, send a quote, and book and run your event. Guests who enter a phone number or email at the booth receive their photos at that number or address. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run our business, such as our website, payment and photo delivery providers.

Photos and videos
Photos and videos taken at our booth may be used to promote Memory Maker Photobooth, including on our website, social media and ads. Clients agree to this in our event agreement. We do not use photos of minors in ads without a parent's or guardian's permission. If you want a photo or video removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Event galleries
After an event, the client receives a link to an online gallery of the photos. Anyone the client shares that link with can view and download them.

Offers
If you sent us an inquiry or booked with us, we may use your phone number or email to send you offers from Memory Maker Photobooth. Guests who enter a phone number or email at the booth receive offers only if they check the box agreeing to them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
